Through workshops, training opportunities, employment-focused supports, hands-on learning, guided reflection, and community-based experiences, our work helps individuals identify their strengths, interests, goals, support needs, and future possibilities.

We believe meaningful work and independence can look different for everyone. Beyond Abilities helps individuals think creatively about their abilities, passions, and opportunities while building the confidence and support needed to move forward.
